On February 1, 2025, around fifty ceramics professionals gathered at the Circulair Warenhuis in Leiden to connect, inspire one another, and join forces to build a stronger, more sustainable and more visible ceramics sector. It was a day full of enthusiasm and energy.
There were inspiring talks by Christine Jetten, Lotte Douwes, and Benedetta Pompili. In addition, round table sessions were held, moderated by Gieke van Lon, Christine Jetten, Benedetta Pompili, Iris de Kievith and Rink Schelling.
From the insights shared by the moderators during the round tables, the following overarching themes emerged:
