Forbo creates healthy spaces for indoors and contributes to a sustainable world outside. After all, 97% of their CO2 neutral produced linoleum consists of natural raw materials such as linseed oil from the flax plant. They have been Dutch Masters in this technique for 120 years. Forbo also produces more than 90% of its floors in the Netherlands; the Coral factory is situated in Krommenie, the Novilon factory in Coevorden and the linoleum factory in Assendelft.

But Forbo also collaborates with young and established designers and well-known design brands. Forbo regularly initiates collaborations with international design academies in which students are challenged to experiment with linoleum. Forbo presents the Furniture Linoleum at HOW&WOW. This material is flexible and due to its special properties can be used in many surprising ways.
