Esmé Hofman

Basketry master Esmé Hofman was one of the prize winners of Hokuriku Kogei, a leading crafts award in Japan, in 2017. During HOW&WOW she shows objects from her Out Of The Comfort Zone (OOTCZ) series. These objects are part of a coherent series of round shapes without immediate use. They can be considered as independent objects in her research into lines, structures and forms.
