Daan Veerman

Daan Veerman is a designer and writer, but above all a digital craftsman. For several years now, Veerman has been researching how 3D printing can evolve into a contemporary craft. What happens as soon as the 3D printer is operated by human hands instead of a computer? Doing so 3D printing can be converted into a new ‘digital’ craft. If the process is used in this way, many new possibilities and applications will arise for both structures and textures. For HOW&WOW Veerman presents his process within a range of fabrics, varying in both size and structure.
